Find your perfect stayTell us how many people need accommodation, the bedrooms required, your preferred area and the earliest arrival date. Include school or work locations and any essential accessibility, parking or pet requirements so we can check an appropriate property.
If an adjuster or relocation coordinator is involved, include their contact details with permission. A useful accommodation brief contains the expected stay period, budget approval process and any invoice requirements. Insurance coverage, reimbursement and direct billing are determined by your insurer and the agreed booking terms.
Repair schedules can move. Let us know as soon as an extension may be needed so available options can be reviewed. No extension is automatic, and a later checkout must be agreed in writing. We do not request claim files or sensitive insurance documents through the public inquiry form.
