When you send an inquiry, we collect the name, email, optional phone number, stay dates, guest count and details you provide so we can respond, review accommodation requirements and administer a reservation. Management inquiries include the property information you choose to share. Long-term lease inquiries also include your budget, preferred area, furnishing preference, bedroom requirements, lease length and optional move-in timing.

Storage and Access

Inquiries are stored in our secure website database and accessed through an administrator-only dashboard. Property photos and details may come from our public Airbnb listings. We do not collect payment card numbers; when enabled, payment is handled by Stripe’s hosted checkout.

Your Request Link

Keep your private request link secure. It provides access to the status of your inquiry and, when approved and configured, a payment checkout. It does not display your email or message publicly.

Communication and Retention

We use your details to contact you about your request and retain records for booking administration and applicable obligations. We do not sell inquiry information. Contact us through the website to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable record-retention duties.

Cookies and Service Providers

The website uses essential hosting and sign-in cookies and browser session data for your inquiry flow. Hosting, database, optional email and payment providers process data needed to deliver those services. No advertising analytics are installed by default.
